Campbell University School of Osteopathic Medicine remains committed to the safety and success of its students.  In an effort to ensure student safety while providing study space, CUSOM has developed the following procedures for reserving locations to study in Levine Hall.

  1. Study spaces may only be reserved by CUSOM (DO, MSBS and MHPE) students.
  2. Select, designated rooms in Levine Hall will be available for quiet student study Monday through Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
  3. Study spaces are available to be reserved in 2-hour sessions.

Monday through Friday:

Time slot A:  2:00 pm to 4:00 pm

Time slot B:  4:00 pm to 6:00 pm

Time slot C:  6:00 pm to 8:00 pm

Time slot D:  8:00 pm to 10:00 pm

Saturday and Sunday:

Time slot E: 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm

Time slot F:  2:00 pm to 4:00 pm

Time slot G:  4:00 pm to 6:00 pm

  1. Students may sign-up for a maximum of four (4) two-hour sessions weekly.
    1. Students may not sign up, or “donate”, study space to other students.  Students will only be able to reserve a space for themselves.
    2. Students are not guaranteed the same study location each time and must place new reservations weekly.
    3. Students failing to show up for their time slot may lose eligibility for future slots.
    4. Students leaving before the completion of their time slot forfeit their remaining time.  If a student vacates a space early, another student may not sign up and use the remaining time.  Reservations are not transferable.
    5. In the event of university closure for inclement weather, study slot reservations will be cancelled.
    6. Study spaces are not available on days designated as a University holiday if occurring Monday – Friday.
    7. SGRs have a maximum occupancy of one student per room, however, on a case-by-case basis, if two roommates would like to study in the same SGR (with social distancing and masks), please contact Jennifer O’Dell at jparrish@campbell.edu with your request.
